2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — your name, company name, email address, and phone number, submitted through our strategy-call request form, by email, or by phone. The request form is the only place on this website where we collect a phone number.
- Business information — details you choose to share about your roofing company, your market, your sales operation, and your growth goals, including anything you write in the free-text fields of our forms.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, chat messages, and call notes exchanged with us.
- Consent records — a record of whether you opted in to receive text messages from us, along with the date, time, and page on which that consent was given.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies & analytics.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card numbers through this website, or any special categories of sensitive personal data.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct your strategy call.
- Send you the service, scheduling, and account information you requested.
- Provide, operate, and improve our services and this website.
- Send text messages and emails you have expressly consented to receive.
- Maintain records of consent, communications, and engagements.
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our forms.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
4. SMS & mobile messaging data
This section describes how we treat phone numbers and text-message consent specifically. It applies in addition to — and, where it is more protective, in place of — the rest of this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Consent is express and optional. Providing a phone number by itself does not give us permission to text you. We send text messages only to people who have separately and affirmatively checked a consent box, or who have otherwise given documented express consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us, and is never required to submit our form.
- What we send. Depending on the consent you gave, messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, replies to your inquiry, and account and service updates (notification SMS), and information about our programs and offers (promotional SMS). Consent to each is collected separately.
- Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Contact us.
- Who can see your number. Your phone number and your opt-in record are stored in our customer relationship management platform and passed only to the messaging service providers and mobile carriers required to deliver the message to your handset. They act on our instructions and may not use your number for their own marketing.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below, and never in exchange for money or other valuable consideration:
- Service providers. Vendors that operate our infrastructure on our behalf — our website host, our customer relationship management and messaging platform, our email and calendar providers, and our analytics provider. They are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
- Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety. Where we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
As stated in SMS & mobile messaging data, text messaging opt-in data and consent records are excluded from every category above except message delivery, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used in aggregate.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the site to stop working correctly. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you across unrelated websites.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. In practice, inquiry and contact records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and record-keeping. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as we operate a messaging program, and for at least four years afterward, because telecommunications regulations require us to be able to evidence consent. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights & choices
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must legally retain.
- Stop contacting you — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us directly.
To make a request, email trevor@ironcorepartners.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Florida and other U.S. state residents. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to business owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
